Hieff NGS^TM Dual UMI UDB Adapter Kits for MGI® are two special kits for DNA library preparation for MGI® platforms, each set contains 48 kinds of UDI Primers. After adapters ligation, 8 bp unique molecular identifier (UMI) was added to both ends of insert DNA, which can be used to detect low-frequency mutations, effectively reduce index jumping and mismatch, and ensure the accuracy and authenticity of analysis results. All the reagents provided in the kit are subjected strict quality control and functional verification to ensure the maximum stability and repeatability of the library preparation.
